Processing time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays)
Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed the next business day

⚠️ Customs & Import Duties: For orders shipped outside the European Union, your package may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or brokerage charges imposed by your country's customs authority. These charges are not included in our shipping fees and are the customer's responsibility. Please check with your local customs office before placing your order.

Important for pickup points: Please collect your package within 14 days of arrival. Uncollected packages will be returned to us.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product
